WINTER PARK, Fla. – Senior Lexi Sarradet of the Nova Southeastern University softball team nabbed the Sunshine State Conference Pitcher of the Week award for the period ending April 10.

 

Sarradet (Miami, Fla.) tossed two complete-game shutouts in the Sharks' conference series win over Saint Leo. Making three appearances, she allowed three hits in each, while permitting just one walk in 14 scoreless innings of work. Sarradet struck out 17 batters, including seven in NSU's 2-0 win in the series finale.

The Sharks will return to the field as they host Palm Beach Atlantic on Friday, April 15 for a regional doubleheader at the AD Griffin Sports Complex.
