FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The NSU baseball team will hold tryouts for the 2013-2014 season on Wednesday, Sept.25, at 4:30 p.m. at the NSU Baseball Complex.
If you are interested in trying out, please come by the Athletics Building for a meeting with compliance coordinator Marlon Furlongue on Wednesday, Sept. 11 at 5 p.m. to discuss the following items:
A. Physical (within the last six months with a physician signature)
B. Sickle Cell release form
C. Waiver release form
D. Primary insurance policy is required to tryout. If an injury is sustained during tryout, the financial responsibility will fall on prospective student-athlete.
Bring all completed items to the NSU Baseball Complex between 4 and 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 25th.
PAPERWORK BROUGHT IN OUTSIDE THIS TIME WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
