FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Nova Southeastern tennis player
Sabrina Kierberg (So., Berlin, Germany) has received an All-Sunshine State Conference Honorable Mention, as announced by the conference office Friday.
Kierberg shifted to the No. 2 singles draw this season and flourished. She went 14-5 overall and won her first 13 singles matches of the season, taking wins over No. 15 Florida Tech, No. 8 Saint Leo and No. 3 Barry.
In doubles play, Kierberg accumulated 12 wins on the season. She had great success teaming with freshman
Alex Kaeser (Woodstock, Ga.), who together won nine straight matches. While playing in the top flight of doubles, the duo went 11-5.
