Wright and Page Earn All-South Region Honors by D2CCA

Pair is part of only three SSC players honored on each side

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Two Nova Southeastern University basketball players, Kayla Wright and Chris Page, were honored Monday as 2015-16 D2CCA All-Region, in voting by member sports information directors from South Region schools and conferences.
 
Wright (Jr., Lauderhill, Fla.), the Sunshine State Conference Player of the Year, was the second-highest vote getter, and earns her first award at the regional level as a member of the women's First Team. Page, for the second straight season, has been honored by the region SID's, as a Second Team member. Each are one of only three SSC players honored among the 10 recognized.
 
In addition, Wright is now a candidate for D2CCA All-American status, with the announcement of the First, Second and Third Teams scheduled to be released on Monday, March 21.
