FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – Former Shark Miles Mikolas was recently featured in Nova Southeastern University's "Realizing Potential" campaign. Mikolas talks about the culture of NSU and how it propelled him to the next level.
The 6'5" right-handed pitcher played for three years under former head coach and current Director of Athletics, Mike Mominey. Mikolas was drafted out of NSU by the San Diego Padres in the 7
th round of the 2009 MLB Draft and went on to make his major league debut on May 5, 2012.
