AS A SENIOR (2013-14)
Fall 2013: Had his first of four top-10 finishes in NSU's Guy Harvey Invitational, tying for fifth (73-69-71—213)...The 3-under-par 69 was one of four-such sub-70 rounds he compiled during the season...Wrapped up the fall 19th at the McDonough Cup, that including two even-par rounds (73-72-72—217).

Spring 2014: Honorable Mention All-American by PING, his third consecutive national honor, and was also named to the All-Sunshine State Conference Second Team...Finished ranked 43rd in the nation...Began the spring with a fifth-place finish at the Matlock Collegiate Classic, opeining with a 3-under 69 and finishing with a 214 (69-74-71)...Placed third at the SSC Championships, including a middle-round 4-under-par 68 (74-68-71—213)...His total there tied his best three-round score, previously at the Guy Harvey...Was fourth in stroke play at the NCAA National Championships, carding another 4-under 68, in the final round (71-77-68—216)...Was a perfect 3-0 in match play during the Championships, winning those matchups by a total of 12 strokes...Shot a 1-under-par 71 in the national championship round to win the No. 1-seeded match.

AS A JUNIOR (2012-13)
Fall 2012: Started the season with an 11th-place finish in the Brickyard Crossing (73-69-76—218)…Took fifth place in the Otter Invitational (76-70-72—218)…Ended his spring season with a sixth-place finish at the McDonough Cup (70-76-73—219).

Spring 2013: Finished season ranked No. 3  nationally…Honored as a 2013 Division II PING All-America first-team selection…2013 All-SSC first-team member…Took third place at the Saint Leo Invitational (70-73-77—220)…Helped his team capture victory at St. Edwards Invitational with a fourth-place finish (71-71-75—217)…Captured eighth-place at the Bobcat Invitational (70-69-75—214)…Took 20th at the Buccaneer Invitational, assisting in team's victory with a season-low final round 67 (75-75-67—217)…Captured medalist honors at the Florida Blue SSC Championship (69-70-70—209)…Placed second at NCAA Division II South/Southeast Regional (69-72-70—211)…Finished seventh at NCAA Division II National Championships in team's third-place overall finish in the semifinals (73-71-73—217).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2011-12)
Fall 2011: Began the season with a 14th-place finish (69-77-71—217) at the Adams Cup of Newport…Helped the Sharks finish second at the NSU Shark Invitational, tying for 18th (70-78-74—222)…Finished  18th (77-79-68—224) at the Otter Invitational…Third-place finish (77-70-72—219) at the Marjorie Whitney Invitational helped lead to a NSU victory.

Spring 2012: Helped the Sharks receive GCAA All-Academic Team recognition…Selected to the SSC Academic Honor Roll…Member of the Capital One Academic All-District Team…Placed 29th (71-80-75—226) at the UNO Mardi Gras Invitational…Sixth-place finish (71-74-75—220) at the St. Edward’s Invitational helped lead the Sharks to victory…Tied for the team’s best finish of fifth (73-66-67—206) to assist NSU to a runner-up finish at the Bobcat Intercollegiate…Lost in a playoff to teammate Oscar Lengdèn to finish as the runner-up (69-65-72—206) at the Buccaneer Invitational…Helped the Sharks capture the SSC Championship with a third-place showing (74-74-75—223)…Finished in a tie for 44th (73-78-73—224) at the NCAA Division II South/Southeast Men’s Golf Regional…Edged his opponent from Chico State by one stroke (72-73) in finals to help NSU capture its first men’s golf National Championship. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2010-11)
Fall 2010: At the Shark Invitational, finished tied for 16th with a three-round score of 220 (70-77-73)…At the Rollins Invitational, finished tied for 27th.

Spring 2011: Named to the Golf Coaches Association of America’s All-Freshman Team…Named to the 2011 SSC Commissioners Spring Honor Roll…Finished 14th with a 1-over-par score of 217 at the Golfweek Invitational, helping the Sharks to a fifth-place finish…At the Caribbean Intercollegiate, finished tied for second, shooting a three-round score of 212 (72-69-71)…At the Buccaneer Invitational, was part of a trio of Sharks to finish tied for 14th-place with a 3-over-par 212…Posted a first-place finish at the SSC Tournament as the Sharks would win the tournament by a stroke.

Born in Barranquilla, Colombia…Business major…Chose NSU because of the business and golf programs…Favorite sports team is F.C. Barcelona…Enjoys Italian food and hanging out with friends…Son of Catalina Trespalacios and Ricardo Celia, and has as two siblings, Jamie and Cristina.
