AS A JUNIOR (2012)
2012 Sunshine State Conference individual champion, becoming the first person in program history to win a conference meet…All-SSC First Team honoree…Led the Sharks to their first team appearance at nationals as the lead runner…Her three postseason races rank among the four best 6K times in the history of the program…Her SSC Championship winning time of 21:51 set a school record in the 6K by 12 seconds, passing her own record from her freshman season…She crossed the finish line at nationals with a time of 22:34, which gave her sole possession of the five fastest 6K times in the program record book.

AS A SOPHMORE (2011)
Finished ninth out of 269 runners at the Walt Disney World Classic (10/8), with a finishing time of 18:56.80 in the 5k…Finished 28th out of 208 runners at the Mountain Dew Invitational (9/24), with a time 18:56.23 in the 5k…Finished sixth out of 53 runners at the SSC Championships  (10/22), 23:03.09 in the 6k.

AS A FRESHMAN (2010)
In her first collegiate season Palm rewrote the record books at NSU, posting the school's best times in the 5K and 6K en route to the team's best finish in the South Region...All five of her 5K races rank in the top-20 all time at NSU entering the 2011 season, with the best coming at the Walt Disney World Classic with a time of 18:27...She is the only runner in NSU history to finish a 6K in less than 22:50, recording a time of 22:39 at the NCAA South Regional Championship and the school record time of 22:03 at the Sunshine State Conference Championship...Entering into the 2011 season, she is the only runner to appear seven times in the NSU All-Time Top-20 record books for the 5K and 6K.

CAREER
Ran cross country and track for four years at Winnebago HS…Posted her best times of 18:18 for the 5K and a 2:19 in the 800M run…She helped lead her cross country team to four consecutive State Championships and was given All-State honors all four years…Ran track for the Rockford Wildcats club team and lead them to a 21st place finish at Nationals. 

PERSONAL
Nursing major…Some of her favorite foods are tacos and ice cream…Her favorite movie is listed as the Dark Knight and the Losers…Grey’s Anatomy is listed as her favorite television show and her favorite actress is Jessica Alba…Daughter of Dana and Marsha Palm…Has two siblings, Shannon and Evan.
