Biography
AS A SENIOR (2016)
Was one of the most consistent players for the Sharks during the 2016 season, giving them valuable points that lead to the team’s success…Her impressive 16-3 record overall in singles, crowned her as the player with the most singles wins for the Sharks during 2016…She went 10-0 in the No. 2 singles and 6-3 in No. 3…The 15-4 mark in doubles was also the highest winning record in doubles play, which was also shared by teammate Sabrina Kierberg…Alternating in the No. 1, 2, and 3 spots in doubles and sharing play with Kierberg, Nastassia Rubel, and Irina Constantinide she went on an 11 game winning streak, the highest for the Sharks all season…Her persistence and hard work lead her to winning the 2015-16 South Region Arthur Ashe Leadership and Sportsmanship Award, presented by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association…She also claimed the First Team Singles All-SSC honors and Second Team Doubles All-SSC alongside Sabrina Kierberg…Concluded her senior season ranked No. 38 singles player in the nation and No. 11 in the South Region according to ITA.
AS A JUNIOR (2015)
Won nearly 85 percent of the matches she appeared in, in her first season with the squad, going 15-2 in singles and 17-4 in doubles…Earned all-conference honors in both, and regional and national rankings in each as well…Was a First Team member of the All-SSC singles team and Second Team in doubles…Her final singles rankings were No. 12 in the South Region and No. 25 in the nation (singles) and No. 5 regionally and No. 13 nationally (doubles)…Also earned three SSC Player of the Week awards…Was 10-1 as the team's No. 2 singles player and 5-1 at No. 1…Started her Shark career by winning her first 14 singles matches and first 13 doubles matches…In doubles, her splits were 10-4 at No. 1 and 7-0 in the No. 2 draw, and she and Sabrina Kierberg were 5-0 as a combination, while she and Irina Constantinide were 12-4.
PREVIOUS SCHOOL
Played two seasons for Fresno Pacific in Fresno, California, before the suspension of the program…Had a combined singles record of 45-8 in those two years, including a 20-4 mark as the team's No. 1 as a sophomore...Finished that season ranked No. 10 in singles in all of Division II, and as part of the No. 17 doubles team...As part of the No. 1 doubles team for FPU, went 16-9...Her freshman year, as part of the NCCAA National Champions, went 25-4 in singles...Most of those matches coming as the Sunbirds' No. 2 player, where she was 21-2...Had a 26-4 doubles mark, with 25 of those wins coming as the No. 1 duo...Finished her debut campaign ranked No. 26 in DII singles and as part of the No. 13 doubles squad in the nation.
HIGH SCHOOL
Played four seasons at the Business Academy of Bratislava in her hometown...Was the under-14 National Champion, finished in third place in the under-16, and was part of the European Champion under-16 team...Ranked in the top 100 in the world for under-18 juniors.
