AS A SENIOR (2017)
Ran in the 400m, 800m and 1500m and Distance Medley Relay during his senior season…Contributed in breaking the oldest track record in program history, the 4000 Distance Medley at Florida Relays with a time of 10:16.48…finished in the top-eight un the 1500m and 800m run at the Peach Belt Conference Championship at 1:56.28s and 3:59.56s…Set a personal-best in the 1000m run at the Embry-Riddle First Chance Last Chance Meet with a time of 2:31.83s…Manuel then set a personal-best in the 400m dash at the Sharks Invitational at 51.18s.

AS A JUNIOR (2016)
Named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team…Competed in four events for the sharks…Claimed fourth in the 800m at the Peach Belt Conference Championship with a seasons-best 1:54.99…Finished sixth in the 1500m at PBC with a time of 4:03.06…Seasons-best was 4:00.63 at the USF Invitational…Ran a best 400m time of 51.60 at the Sharks Invitational.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2015)
Competed in eight events and set new career-bests in the 800m run and the 1,500m run...All-South Region honoree...CoSIDA Academic All-South Region honoree...Peach Belt Conference All-Academic Team member...Set a new career-fastest time in the 1,500m run at the PBC Championship at 3:56.20, taking fourth...Ran his fastest 800m at the Miami Hurricane Invitational with a time of 1:52.99 and took third overall.

AS A FRESHMAN (2014)
Manuel participated in eight events… Competed in the 800-meters for a season best time of 1:54.91… Best time in the 1500m was 3:59.92… Marked 16:27.9 in the 5K…Had a season best 26:41.8 in the 8K…Best time in the 10K was 34:42.3…Had a season best 3:18.11 in the 4x400.


PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Played soccer and ran track and field at Trinity Christian Academy under head coach Chad Dunn...Was named team MVP as a senior on the track and field team...Owns his high school's record in the events from the 100m up to the 3200m...Set a personal best times of 11.12 in the 100m, 23.02 in the 200m, 50.23 in the 400m, 1:56 in the 800m, 4:36 in the 1600m and 11:17 in the 3200m.
