Tassy earns NSUSharks.com Athlete of the Week honors after he averaged 21.5 points with a solid 61 percent field goal percentage in a pair of SSC contests. Despite his team's 88-85 loss to Florida Tech, Tassy did his part with 19 points, two rebounds, two assists, and steal.

He then notched 24 points, three rebounds, and a steal in a 90-79 victory over Florida Southern. He shot a sizzling 80 percent in the game. In two games, Tassy connected on 60 percent (6-of-10) from three-point range and made all nine of his free throw attempts.
