Carlos Asuaje earns NSUSharks.com Athlete of the Week after he batted .571 with four runs and three RBI to keep the No. 12 Sharks in the SSC title hunt with three wins last week, including an SSC series victory over No. 7 Lynn. Asuaje had two hits in all four games, posting a .611 on-base percentage from his leadoff spot. He had a double in the Sharks' 7-6 win over Lynn in the series opener and then blasted a home run in a 6-3 win over the Knights in the finale. He concluded the week with a .857 slugging percentage. Asuaje played error-free defense, while recording six putouts and 16 assists.
