NSU swimmer Jorge Ospina made a huge splash in the swimming and diving program's first competition at the All-Florida Invitational, hosted by the University of Florida. Ospina finished sixth in the 200-yard fly with a time of 1:55.05 and swam a 0:47.52 in the 100-yard free, good for 11th place. He capped off the invitational by teaming up with Ash Dougan, Armin Hornikel, and William Bunge to swim a 3:13.02 in the 400-yard free relay, good for sixth place.
