Adding to his dominant sophomore season, Thiago Sickert swam a first-place NCAA B-Standard time of 50.08 in the 100-yard butterfly. Sickert would also finish first in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 21.01, as well as a first-place finish in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 46.65.
