Petra Jurova, who made her debut with the tennis team on Feb. 7, has earned SSC Player of the Week each time she has been eligible, this Monday for the third time this spring and for the second consecutive week. She continued both her personal unblemished streak on the season while also helping to extend the No. 10 Sharks' similar 6-0 mark in a huge victory Sunday over No. 3 Saint Leo on the road, 5-4. In doubles, Jurova contributed to one of two Shark wins, teaming with Irina Constantinide in the two-slot to win 8-2. Then in singles, Jurova overcame a 6-0 loss in the first set to take two straight and cement the team win with NSU's fifth point, beating Anastasia Wagner 0-6, 6-4, 6-3. She is 6-0 in singles and 6-0 in doubles to start the year for the 6-0, 3-0 Sharks.
