Armin Hornikel led the Nova Southeastern University men's swimming and diving team to an undefeated season in SSC meets as the Sharks defeated the Saint Leo Lions, 136-63, on Saturday, Jan. 22 at the NSU Aquatic Complex.

The Goose Creek, S.C. native was first in the 50-yard freestyle and even posted an NCAA "B" provisional qualifying time of 0:21.07.

The junior also nabbed the top spot in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:12.31. Hornikel and the Sharks won the 400-yard medley relay with a time of 3:33.35.
