Darren Hendricks finished in third place in both the hammer throw and the discus at the Embry-Riddle Spikes Classic and won Peach Belt Conference Men's Field Athlete of the Week. In the hammer, he launched a toss 51.09m, his second-longest throw of the year and his second NCAA provisional qualifying distance. In the discus he is just one-thousandth of a meter off his best throw of the season, which is also second-longest in the PBC this year.
