Bartley collected multiple awards at the 2016 Peach Belt Conference Championships that took place at the University of North Carolina - Pembroke from April 21 to 23. Bartley placed first in the women's 400 meters hurdles with a meet record time of 1:01.60, third in the women's triple jump with a mark of 11.55 meters, third in the long jump competition at 5.84 meters, and made part of the women's 4x100 relay team that garnered gold  for placing first in PBC finals.
