Junior centerfielder Katie Kelton (Pembroke Pines, Fla.) batted .625 with seven runs and five RBI to lead the Sharks to a 5-0 weekly mark, including an SSC sweep over Eckerd. Batting from the No. 2 slot, Kelton hit safely in every contest, posting a .647 OBP. She tallied three multi-hit games, including a pair of three-hit performances. Four of Kelton's hits went for extra bases, as she tallied a double and three triples en route to a 1.062 slugging percentage. She was perfect on the base paths, going 3-for-3 in steal attempts, and flawless in the field.
