Tampa, Fla. (October 27, 2006) - Nova Southeastern (12-3-2), the third  seed in the Sunshine State Conference tournament lost to the  second-seeded Saint Leo Lions (14-2-1) by a score of 1-0 on Friday  night.
 In a physical match that featured 36 total fouls and six total cards,  both teams kept each other off the scoreboard until Kaitlin Andrews took  advantage of a shot by Evelina Viiri that hit the crossbar. Andrews  picked up the loose change and deposited in the goal past Sharks  goalkeeper Megan Kim (Fr., Valrico, Fla.)     
 Kim made six saves in the match while Lions' 'keeper Lauren Hudson only  needed to make two.     
 The Sharks will wait as the NCAA South Region Selection Committee  decides their fate on Monday. NSU could potential receive their first  NCAA tournament bid for the first time in program history.
