SAINT LEO, Fla. (Oct. 29, 2008) - The Nova Southeastern  University women's soccer team fell 7-1 at Saint Leo on Wednesday night  in what was the Sharks' final game of the season.  NSU finishes the 2008  season with an 8-5-3 overall mark and a 1-5-2 in Sunshine State  Conference play.    
The Lions scored the first two goals of the  game with Chrissy Darwell recording a pair in the 39th and 44th minutes  as Saint Leo entered halftime with a 2-0 lead.  
In the second  half, Saint Leo added five more before Alexis Hernandez (So., Weston,  Fla.) scored off a feed from Stephanie Quinones (Sr., Pembroke Pines,  Fla.) in the 85th minute.  
NSU, who only had one sub, held a 7-5  edge on corner kicks, but Saint Leo took more shots (15-9) and made more  saves (4-2).  The Lions also committed seven fouls, while the Sharks  only had three.  
Chrissy Hy (Fr., Weston, Fla.) made two saves,  while Kelcee Mai and Lauren Hudson each had two stops for Saint Leo.
