FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla
. – The Nova Southeastern University men's soccer team (5-7-0, 1-5-0 SSC) is set to play a series of three back-to-back-to-back home games at the NSU Soccer Complex to end the season, starting Wednesday night against the Barry Buccaneers (6-3-2, 1-3-1 SSC) at 7 p.m.

Wednesday is Shark Night for NSU student-athletes, and admission is complimentary with a donation to the Make-a-Wish Foundation.

The Sharks have come back home after traveling to Orlando, Florida to face Sunshine State Conference contender Rollins. Although the Sharks were not able to collect any points in a 3-1 loss against the Tars, the team has been preparing to close out the season strong, starting with their two remaining SSC matches at home (followed by an out-of-conference finale against Flagler).

Barry comes into the game 6-3-2 on the season and 1-3-1 in the SSC. The Bucs are coming from a tough game against SSC rival Tampa, which turned into a close 2-1 away loss. The Sharks should keep a close mark on the British duo, Patrick Drmola and Thomas Coombes, who combined lead the Buccaneers with the most goals and assists.

Both teams are in a similar standing and are looking forward to changing their drought of points in the conference. This midweek game seems very promising for both sides considering they know each other very well, as this is one of the longest rivalries in the SSC, meeting Wednesday for the 31st time.
