Loibl, Fountain Recognized on All-SSC Teams

Sebastian Loibl named First Team All-SSC selection

MELBOURNE, Fla. – In the midst of a breakout season, the Nova Southeastern men's soccer team had two players honored as All-Sunshine State Conference performers on Wednesday, as forward Sebastian Loibl was named to the All-SSC First Team while midfielder Bradley Fountain earned an All-SSC Second Team nod.

Loibl has caused fits for opposing defenses this fall. collecting a team-high 10 goals for the league's No. 2 offense to go along with five assists. The sophomore has tallied multiple points in half of his 12 starts, totaling a season-high six following a hat trick against Flagler on Sept. 18. His goals-per-game (0.833) and points-per-game (2.08) numbers rank tops in the SSC.

Fountain, meanwhile, has made an immediate impact in his lone season with Nova Southeastern. Through 15 starts, the graduate student has registered 16 points on seven goals and two assists, with his latest score sealing the Sharks' SSC Tournament quarterfinal victory over Florida earlier this week.

Nova Southeastern will look to continue its run in the SSC Tournament on Thursday when it travels to face top-seeded Palm Beach Atlantic. For complete coverage of the action, visit the schedule page on NSUSharks.com or follow the Sharks on Twitter @NSU_MSoccer.
