LAKELAND, Fla. – After a week full of "holding patterns" and delays, it was only fitting that the rain began to fall once again as the book officially closed on Nova Southeastern's 2018 season Monday afternoon.

Andrew Liberty each homered, yet early defensive miscues and failed chances on offense eventually came back to bite the Sharks in their 5-3 defeat to Mississippi College.
