WINTER PARK, FLA. – After being knotted at one for most of the match, the Tars were able to find the back of the net late in this one. The Nova Southeastern Sharks drop tonight's match against the Rollins Tars 2-1.

HOW IT HAPPENED
· The Sharks were applying pressure early with Farid Sar-Sar firing a shot-on-goal, but it was ultimately knocked away by the Tars' goalkeeper.
· On the other side of the field, Eduardo D'Avino took care of business early, swiping away the Tars' first two shot attempts.
· In the 16th minute, after being set up perfectly by Nick Brisevac and Milos Christoforou, Tommy Maguire was able to fire one into the back of the Tars' goal. Sharks take an early 1-0 lead.
· Immediately after, Michael Lawrence and Brisevac tried to add on to the Sharks' lead but were denied.
· In the 28th minute, the Tars snuck one by D'Avino to tie it up at 1-1.
· Defense was an emphasis in the early portion of the second half with both sides seeing limited offensive opportunities.
· In the 77th minute, the Tars broke the tie after getting another one in the back of the Sharks' goal. 2-0 Tars lead.
· Christoforou and Maguire both tried to tie the match, but they were not able to fire their shots past the Tars' goalkeeper.
