ANDERSON, S.C. – Thanks to an offensive spark towards the end of the match, the third-ranked Nova Southeastern Sharks were able to walk away from this one with a 1-1 tie against the Coker Cobras.

HOW IT HAPPENED
· The Sharks opened the game on the wrong foot as the Cobras were able to sneak a goal in to make it 1-0 in the 7th minute.
· In the 24th minute, Christian Gorski made his presence felt by taking a shot-on-goal, but it was turned away by Coker.
· Minutes after being subbed in, Juanchi Nunez found his spot and delivered the Sharks a goal to tie it in the 79th minute.
· The Sharks offense then came alive in the final 5 minutes. Sam Allardyce, Theo Oherwall, and Michael Lawrence all got shots-on-goal for NSU but were unable to capitalize.
· The Sharks' defense was able to slow down Coker's offense in the second half, holding them to only one shot-on-goal.
· Eduardo D'Avino turned away 4 other chances by the Cobras to keep the Sharks in it the full 90 minutes.
