SAINT LEO, Fla. – An early goal from Luana Grabias and a penalty kick goal from Dani Correa was all that was needed for the Sharks on Wednesday night. Kirra Polley and the Sharks' defense shut down the Lions and secured the 2-0 SSC victory from the Saint Leo Soccer Field.

In the 2nd minute of the match, Luana Grabias lasered one into the back of the net to give the Sharks an early 1-0 lead.

In the 10th minute, Kirra Polley came up big, denying the Lions' shot-on-goal attempt.

After being awarded a penalty kick, Dani Correa made the most of it by firing it in, giving the Sharks a 2-0 lead in the 61st minute.

After a lockdown performance from the defense and Polley, the Sharks cruised to tonight's SSC victory.

Kirra Polley earned her first shutout victory as the Sharks' goalkeeper, making three saves on the day.
