FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Nova Southeastern Men's Soccer team ended Wednesday night's SSC home opener in a draw against Lynn University. Alessandro Salvadego and Zyan Andrade led the Sharks with one goal apiece.

Alessandro Salvadego scored his third goal of the season with a strike into the back of the net in the 9th minute (assisted by Zyan Andrade).

Shortly after, Zyan Andrade extended the Sharks lead with a penalty kick goal in the 14th minute.

The Fighting Knights came out aggressive in the second half, striking first with a goal in the 48th minute.

Lynn would strike again in the 65th minute, tying the match, and overcoming the 2-0 deficit.
Both teams stayed aggressive defensively, making it difficult for either team to break the deadlock, resulting in a 2-2 tie between Nova Southeastern and Lynn in tonight's SSC matchup.

Coach Matt McArthur – Disappointed to give up the lead after a positive first half. Boys, worked hard and earned a fair result of a draw at the end of the game against a good Lynn team.

Nova Southeastern is back in action on Wednesday, September 27th at 7:00 PM as they travel to Miami Shores, FL to take on Barry.
