FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Nova Southeastern Men's Soccer team took down the Florida Southern Mocs on Senior Day Saturday evening at the NSU Soccer Stadium. NSU Athletics honored seven seniors, Ade Olumyiwa, Kevin Rubaszewski, Santiago Marengo, Marco Gueli, Alessandro Salvadego, Fabio Hasler, and Furkan Artar.

• Kevin Rubaszewski continued his stellar play, putting the Sharks on the board first with a goal in the 25th minute (assisted by Santiago Marengo).
• With just under ten minutes reaming in the match, Santiago Marengo lasered a shot to the back of the net to give NSU a 2-0 advantage (assisted by Kevin Rubaszewski).
• The Sharks weren't done yet, as Noah Holstchoppen scored  a late goal for the Sharks in the 88th minute, securing the 3-0 SSC victory over Florida Southern

Nikolas Ricardo - Great team win today, it's good to get a clean sheet after a long week of games and to come out with seven points out of a total of nine. The boys put everything into today and it showed off.

 

Nova Southeastern is back in action on Wednesday, October 30th at 7:00 PM as they head to Melbourne, FL to take on the Florida Tech Panthers in a non conference matchup.
