NSU Falls in SSC Regular Season Finale Against Tritons

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - The Nova Southeastern Women's Soccer team dropped Friday night's SSC regular-season finale against the Eckerd Tritons from Johnson Field.

How it Happened

  • Genesis Hernandez put the first goal on board with a laser to the back of the net in the 14th minute. 

  • Eckerd answered in the 25th minute to tie the match at one apiece. 

  • After a defensive battle throughout the match, the Tritons would break the stalemate in the 86th minute, ultimately securing the 2-1 SSC victory against the Sharks.  

What's Next

The Sharks will gear up for the SSC tournament, which is set to begin on Monday, November 11th.
