FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Ricardo Celia, a former Nova Southeastern Men's Golfer and current assistant coach, has qualified for the upcoming Korn Ferry Tour Astara Golf Championship, presented by Mastercard, event in Bogota, Colombia. The tournament will be held at the Country Club de Bogota-Lagos from February 8-11.  

In his professional career, Celia has recorded 29 top-25 finishes, placed inside the top-10 in ten events, and earned a pair of victories.  

During his time at Nova Southeastern, Celia was a three-time PING All-America honoree. Celia was a member of the 2012 NCAA Division II National Championship team, the first national title in NSU Men's Golf program history. As a junior in the 2013 season, Celia ended the season ranked third in NCAA Division II and finished in seventh place in the NCAA Division II National Championship.
