Head Coach Julie LeMaire: "I'm really proud of the girls after today's outing. Last weekend gave us a chance to see some things to work on this week and I feel like the girls came out with a completely different approach today. We had some very controlled at bats. We took some key walks, showed some power offensively, and played lock down defense behind our pitching staff who worked hard to throw strikes and minimize walks all day. Up and down the lineup, everyone had something exciting come out of the day. Was nice to see Brenna and Alexis have some big time home runs, while Alexis also hit for the cycle on the day."

NSU will be back tomorrow, facing East Stroudsburg in a doubleheader at 11:00 a.m. and at 1:00 p.m.
