Kyrstin Green's and-one put the Sharks up 20-8, and she followed that with a three-pointer just moments later. The Bobcats scored a layup at the 2:07 mark to pull within 15, but the Sharks led 30-14 after one.

NSU went up 34-14 in the second quarter after two free throws from Holland. Kaliyah Morales hit a three-pointer and a floater, and the Sharks led 41-14 at the under-five media timeout. The Bobcats hit a floater for their first points of the quarter at the 4:20 mark and traded baskets, but the Sharks nursed a 48-22 halftime lead. The Sharks outrebounded the Bobcats 23-15 and forced 14 first half turnovers.

The Sharks opened the third quarter by doubling the Bobcats up, 51-25, on another three-pointer from McCann. They later went up by 30 after back-to-back jumpers from Hailey Chiles and a free throw from Celeste Reed. NSU led 64-34 after back-to-back and-ones from Morales at the 3:34 mark, and they led 72-41 at the end of the third.

The Sharks opened the fourth with more of the same, as Taydra Simpson went on a personal 5-0 run with a three-pointer, a steal and a score. The Sharks maintained a 80-50 lead at the 7:00 mark.
