MELBOURNE, Fla. - The 21st-ranked Nova Southeastern Softball team split today's SSC doubleheader against the Florida Tech Panthers. The Sharks dropped game one 1-2 but bounced back in game two with a 7-4 victory.

BOT 5th- Florida Tech ended the scoring drought with two runs to take a 2-0 lead.
TOP 7th—A sacrifice fly brought home Samantha Sklenka, cutting the Sharks' deficit to one run. NSU couldn't complete the comeback, dropping game one 2-1.

BOT 1st – Florida Tech struck first, tacking on the game's first run.
BOT 3rd – The Panthers continued to put runs on the board, scoring three runs to take a 4-0 lead.
TOP 5th – RBIs from Lauren Margolis (1) and Tori Copeland (2) brought the Sharks within one run.
TOP 5th – With two runners on base, Margolis homered to give NSU a 6-4 advantage.
TOP 7th – Brenna Lokeinsky joined the action with an RBI to single, ultimately securing the 7-4 game-two win for the Sharks.
