MELBOURNE, Fla. – Nova Southeastern women's golf sophomore McKenzee Sullivan has been named the Sunshine State Conference Golfer of the Week after capturing the individual title at the Saint Leo Invitational at Lake Jovita Golf & Country Club.

Sullivan delivered a standout performance throughout the tournament, finishing at two under par to claim the individual championship. After putting herself in position heading into the final round, Sullivan closed out the tournament with a one under par 71 to secure first place individually.

Her performance highlighted a strong individual showing for the Sharks at the Saint Leo Invitational. Sullivan's two under par finish gave Nova Southeastern an individual champion while the Sharks finished sixth overall at 38 over par.

The conference recognition marks another accomplishment for Sullivan, who has continued to establish herself as one of the top players on the Nova Southeastern women's golf team. Sullivan entered the Saint Leo Invitational ranked No. 57 nationally in NCAA Division II and followed that ranking with one of her strongest performances of the fall season.

Sullivan and the Sharks will return to action on October 26th and 27th at the D2 Currahee Elite Invitational at Currahee Club in Toccoa, Ga. For the latest updates on Sharks Women's Golf, follow the team on Instagram and X at @NSU_WGolf.
