SURPRISE, AZ. – The third-seeded Nova Southeastern University women's tennis team opened play at the 2026 NCAA Division II Women's Tennis Championship with a 4–1 victory over 14th-seeded Slippery Rock on Tuesday afternoon. With the win, the Sharks advance to the quarterfinals, where they will face the winner of sixth-seeded Augustana (S.D.) and 11th-seeded Midwestern State.
