FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. – The Nova Southeastern Men's Soccer team fell to Lincoln Memorial 3-1 on Sunday evening at the NSU Soccer Stadium. After trailing 1-0 at halftime, the Sharks quickly found an equalizer early in the second half, but Lincoln Memorial responded with two goals in the final 14 minutes to secure the victory.

- Lincoln Memorial controlled much of the first-half attack and broke through in the 22nd minute when Hays Adams scored off an assist from Filipe Ribeiro to give the Railsplitters a 1-0 advantage.
- Nova Southeastern goalkeeper Henrik Dahl kept the Sharks within striking distance, making several key saves as LMU outshot the Sharks throughout the opening 45 minutes.
- The Sharks answered immediately after halftime, as Alexander Sasser scored in the 48th minute off a pass from Toga Katsuma to level the match at 1-1.
- Lincoln Memorial regained the lead in the 77th minute when Antonio Talavera found the back of the net for a 2-1 advantage.
- Just over two minutes later, Adams scored his second goal of the match in the 79th minute, extending the Railsplitters' lead to 3-1.
Nova Southeastern will be back in action on Wednesday, September 2nd at 7:00 pm as it takes on Florida Memorial.
