Garnered second straight 1st team All-SSC honor in 2008...Was also named to the Daktronics All-South Region Second team...Led the Sharks with 11 assists, which tied him for second among SSC leaders...Also scored nine goals, including two game-winners...Registered 29 points...Scored two goals and had two assists in two seperate games...Tallied three assists in the Sharks' SSC match vs. Barry...Currently ranks fourth among NSU's all-time career leaders in goals (32) and points (83) and is tied for 10th with Tony Yannnakakis in assists (19).

AS A SOPHOMORE (2007)
Enjoyed a masterful season from start to finish, starting all 19 games, scoring 18 goals, six assists and 42 point en route to being named SSC Player of the Year...First Team All-SSC Selection...Second Team Daktronics All-Region choice...Named SSC Offensive Player of the Week three times...Scored four game-winning goals...Led the SSC in points...Recorded six two-goal games...Recorded a career high six points on two goals and two assists in NSU's 4-2 win over Flagler (10/26/07)...Scored two goals, an assist and five points in the Sharks' 4-1 victory over Tampa (10/6/07).

AS A FRESHMAN (2006)
Upon returning from injury, Onteniente established himself as an impact player, used primarily in the outside midfielder spot...Appeared in 10 games while starting seven...Scored five goals, two assists and 12 points...First career goal was an overtime game-winner at Tampa (10/7)...Registered two goals, one assist and five points as he nearly single-handedly brought the Sharks back from a 3-1 deficit to tie Florida Southern (10/14).

CAREER
Helped his club team to a National Championship in 2005-2006...Led his team with 28 goals in 2002-2003.

Born in Nice, France...Biology major...Aspires to become the top player in the SSC and receive a diploma of osteopathic medicine...His hobbies include playing soccer, snowboarding, beach volleyball and playing piano...Favorite team is FC Barcelona...Favorite Athlete is Zinedine Zidane...Son of Philippe and Elisabeth Onteniente...Has one brother, Pascal.
