AS A SENIOR (2014-15)
Set personal best times in the 100-yard freestyle (46.89), 100-yard butterfly (49.10) and the 200-yard butterfly (1:52.06) at SSC Championships and in the 100-yard backstroke (58.57) versus Rollins…Took third in the 50-yard freestyle (22.65) against Grand Valley State…Came in third in the 100-free versus Tampa (49.30) and Rollins (47.60) and had three third-place finishes in the 200-fly in the regular season…Earned the following finishes at SSC Championships: 11^th in the 100-fly (49.81); and ninth in the 200-yard butterfly (1:52.06).

AS A JUNIOR (2013-14)
Raced in three events at the 2014 Sunshine State Conference Championship…Finished in fifth place in the 200-yard butterfly event at conference…Claimed third in the B Final of the 100y butterfly at conference…Won the B Final of the 200y fly at the 2013 Shark Invitational.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2012-13)
At the SSC championships, he came in fifth in both the 100 and 200-yard butterfly events with times of 49.85 and 1:53.14, respectively...At the Shark Invitational, finished 14th in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 21.56...Was third in the 100-yard butterfly and fourth in the 200-yard butterfly with times of 49.91 and 1:58.51, respectively.

AS A FRESHMAN (2011-12)
All -American Honorable Mention in the 200-medley relay and 400-medley relay…  At the SSC Championships  swam the 200-butterfly,  finishing in a time of 1:52.87… At the last chance quad meet  with Saint Leo, Rollins and Miami On the men’s side, Pombo picked up a NCAA B-cut time in the 100- free finishing at 46.95… Swam at the Division II NCAA Championships in the 100-free,100-fly,and 200-fly.

Born in Bogota, Colombia… Son of Juan Guillermo Pombo and Marta Lucia Posada… He is a business administration major with a minor in marketing.
