AS A JUNIOR (2012)
Had her best meet of the year at the Sunshine State Conference Championship, finishing with a time of 27:55 flat, cutting almost three minutes off her previous time that season…Finished the FGCU Invitational 5K with a time of 24:42.2…Finished FSU Invitational 6K with a time of 30:22.7.


AS A SOPHMORE (2011)
Finished 35^th at the SSC Championship (10/22), with a time of 27:06.61, helping the Sharks get second overall.

AS A FRESHMAN (2010)
Ran in every race for the Sharks as the campaigned towards their best South Regional showing in program history...Ran a personal best time of 24:40 in the 6K at the Sunshine State Conference Championship, a time that ranks 15th all-time at NSU heading into the 2011 season...Set her career-best time in the 5K at the Miami Elite Invitational, clocking in at 22:45.

CAREER
Ran cross country and track for four years at Citrus HS…During her senior season she ran a 20:19 5K at the state meet for cross country and qualified for the state meet in the open 800M run with a time of 2:23…She was received All-County honors, named Scholar Athlete of the Year by the Citrus County Chronicle and named Athlete of the Year at Citrus…She currently holds high school records for the 800M run and the 4x400M relay team…She also weight lifted competitively in high school and received All-County recognition. 

PERSONAL
Biology and pharmacy dual major…Lists Mexican as her favorite style of food and her favorite actor as Tom Hanks…The Green Mile is her favorite movie and NCIS is listed as her favorite television show…Her hobbies include traveling and scrapbooking…Daughter of Darren and Bonita Nichols…Has two siblings, Cole and Ashley.
