AS A SOPHOMORE (2012-13)
At the SSC championships, Howell placed.  At the Shark invitational, Howell swam in the finals of the 200-yard backstroke and came in 18th with a time of 2:12.38. She went a 1:05.21 in the 100-yard backstroke. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2011-2012) 
Swam versus Saint Leo (10/15/2011) she placed fifth in the 100 backstroke with a time of 1:06.95….Swam against Rollins(11/5/2011 ) she placed fourth in the 400-IM with a time of 5:06.12…Against Florida Southern (1/21/2012) she placed sixth in the 200-back with a time of 2:20.89.. Swam at the SSC Championships she swam personal best times in the 100-back 1:03.29  and in the 200 –back 2:15.21  and the 400 –IM 4:59.35 

HIGH SCHOOL
Swam for Berkeley Preparatory School for four years under coach Kevin Rosepappa… Her senior year was the Girls MVP and team captain.

CLUB EXPERIENCE
Swam for WFLA under coach Cashel Mack.

Born in Clearwater, Fla… Her favorite athlete is Brooke Bennet… Her favorite movie is Dirty Dancing… She is a communication studies major… Daughter of Robin and Howard Howell, has one sibling Jonathan.
