AS A JUNIOR (2012)
Led the Sharks in strikeouts, punching out 53 opposing batters in just 51.1 innings pitched…Was 5-3 in 12 games, all starts, and had a 3.68 ERA…Hitters only batted .203 against him…Had nine strikeouts in two games: Albany State (2/4) and Philadelphia (3/13)…In the former, only allowed one hit in five innings, picking up his first career NSU victory…Against Philadelphia, was even better, allowing no hits and only one baserunner, on a walk, in five innings.

PREVIOUS SCHOOL
Atttended the University of North Carolina for head coach Mike Fox…His sophomore year, was 4-0 with a 2.43 ERA in 12 games (eight starts)…Struck out 29 batters in 37 innings pitched, and opposing hitters only batted .209 against him…Made seven appearances on the mound as a freshman, with one start, going 0-0 with a 4.50 ERA…He struck out 10 batters in 10 innings his first year.

HIGH SCHOOL
Played four years of varsity baseball at JP Taravella HS under head coach Jason Stein…Was a Rawlings First-Team All-America honoree.
