AS A JUNIOR (2012)
For the season opener meet, set a new career record in the 3,000m steeplechase, clocking in a time of 10:34.54 at the UNF Spring Break Invite (3/2)…During the 1,500m run finishes with a time of 4:26.78 at the FIU Felsberg Invitational (3/10)…Secures seventh place in the 3,000m steeplechase amongst  Division I athletes at the UM Hurricana Invite (3/16).

AS ASOPHOMORE (2011)
At the UCF Invitational runs into sixth place in the 3,000m steeplechase with a time of 11:07.2 (3/26)…Very next week sets new record for the season with a 10:24.00 getting seventeenth against Division I athletes at the Florida Relays (4/3)

AS A FRESHMAN (2010)
Opened up year on the team that won the 4x800 relay with a time of 8:28.55 at the ERAU Invitational (1/23)…Set school record of 400 meter hurdle with a time of 1:00.69 at UCF Invitational (3/27).

HIGH SCHOOL
Two-year member of Honeoye Falls Lima's cross country team and a four-year member of the track and field team...Part of the cross country team that won the 2008 New York State Cross Country Championship…Placed fourth at federations and was third at the Nike Cross Country regionals...Member of the 4x800-meter relay that raced 7:56, setting a new school record...Earned three All-County honors...Was an All-Section V honorable mention for both cross country and track and field.
