AS A SOPHOMORE (2013)
At the Peach Belt Conference, Hemenez placed 10th in the 400-meter run with a time of 50.37. He was part of the stadium shattering 4x400-meter relay team that took home the conference title with an NCAA provisional qualifying time of 3:15.00. The relay then went on to the prestigious Drake Relays, where they placed 14th overall. 

AS A FRESHMAN (2012)
Places fifth at the UM Hurricana Invite in the 400 meter dash (3/16)…For the 200m dash at the FSU Relays, clocked a time of 22.62 (3/21)…At the University of Miami meet, is just .10 seconds off his personal record time in the 400m dash (4/14).

HIGH SCHOOL
Ran track for four years and played football for two years at Olympia High School…In senior year, ran a 49.5 in the 400 and a 22.3 in the 200…Was the district champion in the 4x4…the only state qualifier his senior year and team MVP… created a new school record in the 4x4 with a time of 3:20.07…Junior Olympic Nationals Qualifier in 2009, 2010, and 2011…placed 10th in the nation in the 4x4 with a time of 3:16.89
