AS A FRESHMAN (2016)
Recognized as All-Region Honoree by USTFCCCA in the 5k and 10k races…Ran her best time and institutional record in the 5k at Florida Relays with 17:26.50…Knoll also broke the 10k record at the Coach O Coastal Carolina University Invitational with a first place finish at 38:04.26…Claimed second at the Peach Belt Conference Championship in the 10k with 38:26.54…Had a first place finish at the Miami Hurricane Invitational in the 5k with 17:44.49.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Competed in high school swimming and diving at Apiam Gymnasium under the supervision of Coach Roland Knoll.
