AS A JUNIOR (2017-18)
Produced two career-best times in 2017-18, both coming from preliminary rounds at the 2018 SSC Championships… grabbed eighth place in the 200 back with a time of 2:08.34 and 10th in the 500 free in 5:05.19… took second place in the 1000 free in a dual meet against Keiser with a time of 10:39.38… finished 19th at the Spartan Invitational in the 100 back (59.88)… earned fourth place in the 200 back at the Div. II Fall Showcase and 10th in the event at the 2017 Shark Invitational.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2016-17)
At the NCAA Division II Championships, McCloskey placed 29^th in the 1650-yard Freestyle (17:20.79), 42^nd place in the 500-yard Freestyle (5:06.10), and 44^th in the 1000-yard Freestyle (10:29.24)…During the SSC Championships, McCloskey won bronze in the 1650 with a best time of 17:14.13…Flew into 4^th in the 1000-yard Freestyle (10:13.02) and 7^th in the 500-ayrd Freestyle (5:06.33) with best times…Picked up a win for the women in the 1000 Freestyle with a time of 10:49.78 against Florida Southern…Commandeered the 1650 Freestyle with a provisional winning time of 17:28.64 while at Keiser University…Took 1^st in the 1000 Freestyle against Florida Southern with a time of 10:49.78, and 6^th in the 200 Backstroke (2:15.28).

AS A FRESHMAN (2015-16)
Claimed the following finishes at SSC Championships: 13^th in the 1000-yard freestyle (10:40.80) with a personal best time; 13^th in the 200-yard backstroke (2:09.07); and 16^th in the 400-yard IM (4:52.40)…Set career high in the 50-yard backstroke (28.81)…Took third in the 100-yard backstroke (1:02.71) and  fourth in the 1000-yard freestyle (10:57.75) against Limestone…Earned a third-place finish in the 200-back (2:13.13) in the meet with Lynn…Claimed fourth in the 50-back (28.97) versus Indian River State…Had a fourth-place finish in the 400 IM (4:58.81) versus Rollins.

HIGH SCHOOL
As a senior, she swam for Jim Hirtle as a Northampton HS Blue Devil in Northampton, Mass...In addition, McCloskey has over 16 years of club and competitive swimming experience...She also played high school field hockey for three years...Placed fifth in the 100 Back at the MIAA State Championships... Western New England Prep School Champion in the 200 free and New England Prep School Champion in the 500 Free as a sophomore.

Swam for Nick Rice and the Holyoke YMCA Vikings.

Born in Palmer, Mass...Chemistry major...Parents are Joseph and Luanne McCloskey...She has one sister who plays competitive golf.
