Did not compete in any races while redshirting.
AS A SOPHOMORE (2017)
Ran in five of the six races including the Sunshine State Conference and NCAA South Regional Championships…Best 5k time was 18:19.6, accomplished at the FAU Invitational…Ran his best 8k at the SSC Championship crossing the line at 32:20.7…Completed his first collegiate 10k at the Regional Championship with a time of 39:36.7.
AS A FRESHMAN (2016) – Represented NSU in four races including the Sunshine State Conference Championship…Set a seasons-best 29:07.50 in the 8k at the SSC Championship.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Ran cross country and track for 4 years at Haverford Township High School for Coach Jay Williams…Ran a 4:57 mile and 17:50 5k his senior year…Received the coaches award for both cross country and track.
