Fall 2021: Competed in all four tournaments…Twice tied for eighth at both the Jupiter Women’s Invitational and at the Rollins Legends Invitational…Tallied three rounds of par or better…Low round of (-1) 70.
Spring 2022: WGCA All-America Honorable Mention…Second Team All-Sunshine State Conference…Competed in six of seven tournaments… Finished with a scoring average of 74.64…Four Top-20 finishes…Tied for 10th at Flagler’s World Golf Invitational…Tallied two rounds of par or better… Concluded the season ranked as the No. 28 player in the nation.
AS A SENIOR (2021)

Born in Punta Carretas, Montevideo, Uruguay… Daughter of Mercedes Marques and Alejandro Garcia Austt...Has two siblings, Sebastian and Maria (she also played for the Sharks from 2006-2010)...Majoring in Business Management, with minors in International Business, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship… Hobbies are cooking and baking, watching tennis and soccer, and listening to music…Can’t make a list of favorite food cause it wouldn’t fit this page… Names the World Amateur Team Championships in Cancun in 2016 and Ireland in 2018 as the biggest tournaments she has played in...Biggest tournament wins include several times National Champion and “Copa de Oro” held in her home country… Represented Uruguay in 14 South American Championships, and played many other international open events… Names her scholarship at NSU as a big achievement in her career.
