AS A JUNIOR (2018-19)
Posted two season-bests at the 2018 Shark Invitational in the 100 breast (1:19.53) and the 200 free (2:06.08)… finished ninth in the 100 free in 56.63 in a dual meet against Florida Southern, also a season-best… was named to the 2019 SSC Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll and was a recipient of a D2ADA Academic Achievement Award.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2017-18)
Recorded three personal bests in her sophomore season with the Sharks… grabbed first place in the timed finals of the 100 free at the 2018 SSC Championships (56.18) and sixth in the timed finals of the 200 free (2:02.60)… finished eighth in the 50 free in a dual against Keiser (26.58) and ninth in the even in a dual against Tampa (26.61)… took fourth in the 100 free with at time of 57.75 in a dual meet against Rollins… was named to the 2018 SSC Spring Commissioner’s Honor Roll.

AS A FRESHMAN (2016-17)
Vangellow swam all best times as an exhibition swimmer at the SSC Championships: 50 Freestyle (25.46), 100 Freestyle (55.72), 100 Backstroke (1:09.17), and 200 Freestyle (2:04.34)…During the regular season, Vangellow placed 6th in the 50 Freestyle (26.70), and 7th in the 100 Freestyle (58.22) against Indian River State…Placed 11th in the 100 Freestyle with a 58.14 and 10th in the 50 Freestyle with a 26.75 in the tri-meet against Indian River and FIU…Claimed 8th in the 50 Freestyle (26.70) and the 100 Freestyle (58.66) against the University of Tampa…Took 6th place in the 100 Freestyle (57.57) and 7th in the 50 Freestyle (26.98) against Rollins and Lynn…Finished 8th in the 50 Freestyle (26.71) and 9th in the 100 Freestyle (58.04) against Florida Southern.
