AS A SENIOR (2019-20)
Inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma Honor Society for student-athletes…Named to the Spring SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Placed sixth in 17:23.51 during the Varsity 4 Collegiate Championship at the Head of the Indian Creek on the 4,000m course, as well as part of the Varsity 8 Collegiate Championship at Indian Creek, finishing finishing fourth in the Sharks’ A boat at 15:11.50, also racing 4,000m…Was unable to compete in the spring, as her senior season was cut short with events canceled nationwide due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

AS A JUNIOR (2018-19)
Named CRCA Scholar Athlete…Honored as recipient of Division II Athletic Director’s Association (D2 ADA) Academic Achievement Award…Named to the Spring SSC Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Rowed varsity eight on a fourth-place finish at the Sunshine State Conference Championships, crossing the line in 6:57.30, helping the Sharks to a third-place team finish…Rowed as part of two boats during the FIRA Championships at Sarasota’s Nathan Benderson Park, earning the silver medal in Division II fours in a time of 7:51.59, and with the varsity four on a sixth-place finish in 7:50.78…Defeated Embry-Riddle to win the varsity eight B Final in 7:15.868 at the SIRA Championships in Oak Ridge, Tenn…Closed out the season with a sixth-place varsity eight finish in the Grand Final at the Jefferson Dad Vail in 6:52.237.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2017-18)
Started the season placing sixth with the second varsity eight boat at the Mad Hatter Invitational…Notched four second-place finishes throughout the season including the varsity four at the Central Sprints (8:10.00), the second varsity eight at the FIRA Championship (7:20.97), the exhibition four at the Sunshine State Conference Championship (7:7.90) and with Samantha Loriot in doubles at the SIRA Championship.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Played soccer for Colegio Yale for five years, earning Athlete of the Year in 2015… transferred in 2017 from University of Central Florida.
 
PERSONAL
Daughter of Ernesto Sansur and Luzmira Penella and has three siblings, Ernesto, Diego and Sebastián… currently majoring in Biology.
