Biography

AS A TRACK AND FIELD FRESHMAN (2020)
Competed in three meets of her rookie campaign before cancellations stemming from the COVID-19 pandemic cut the year short…Marked a season-best 800m at the UT Track Classic (2/28), finishing sixth in 2:28.29…Set a personal best in the 1500m during the season-opening NSU Sharks Invitational (2/22), coming in fourth at 5:13.53…Joined Christina Adams, Megan Fleming and Aliza Richard in breaking the program’s 4x800m relay record from 2011 with a meet-winning 10:11.74 at the Bobcat/Shark Relays (3/10).
 
AS A CROSS COUNTRY FRESHMAN (2019)
During her freshman season of cross country, she ran in the first two meets of the season before an injury cut the year short…Produced a season-best 5k time of 20:20.1 at the Florida Tech Invitational (9/7)…Named to the Sunshine State Conference Commissioner's Honor Roll.

HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Western Brown High School in Mount Orab, Ohio…For the Broncos, she ran both cross country and track and field for four years…During her senior campaign, she qualified for D1 Regionals with a time of 19:49 for the 5k…Beat her high school’s record for the 800m with a time of 2:21…Was the SBAAC Conference Champion in the 4x800m relay, 4x200m relay, 400m and 800m…During her senior season, she was named MVP for both cross country and track and field, earned First Team SBAAC honors for track and field, was a team captain and was named the Female Senior Athlete of the 2018-19 school year for WBHS.

Comes from Mount Orab, OH…Daughter of Mike and Michelle…Has one sibling, Sarah…Majoring in Nursing…Lists breaking the 800m record or winning all four events at the conference championships for her high school as her most memorable athletic achievements…Always braids her hair before each race…Came to NSU for the great medical programs and the warm weather…Her parents and sister are the most influential people in her life due to their constant support.
